1 General Terms & Conditions

777jan (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 777jan and its users ("you", "member", or "player").

777jan operates under the appropriate licences and regulatory approvals. All our activities are conducted in compliance with international gaming laws and regulations.

While these Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali, the primary legal document is prepared in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Management

Providing accurate and complete information when opening an account at 777jan is mandatory. Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may only register one account — this is strictly enforced.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Any changes to your ID information must be updated through our support team.

3 Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register and use 777jan's services. Failure to meet any one of these conditions will prevent you from opening or using an account.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• 777jan employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• You must bet with your own funds — using someone else's money is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

777jan supports a range of payment methods for Bangladeshi users. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are generally instant — though they may occasionally take up to 5 minutes.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Depositing from another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777jan offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

• Please read all associated terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only — they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 777jan may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 777jan reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Bonus abuse includes: creating accounts solely to claim bonuses, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any such behaviour will be met with strict action.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on 777jan.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except in live betting where the Cash Out feature is available).
• If pre-match odds change after the match has started, the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed will be used for settlement.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, 777jan reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will generally be refunded.
• If a casino game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the outcome will be determined based on the last valid game state.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market — bets exceeding the limit will not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777jan. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or details.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of match-fixing or predetermined results.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other members or staff.
• Attempting to exploit system errors or bugs for unfair advantage.

8 KYC Verification Process

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a legal requirement and our primary measure against fraud. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport is required.
• You may be required to submit a selfie holding your ID (Selfie with ID).
• Additional documents may be requested to verify ownership of a payment method.
• The KYC process is typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC information is maintained with complete confidentiality.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Account Closure & Suspension

777jan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of false identity or fraudulent information is found.
• As directed by legal authorities.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any pending balance (excluding bonuses).

12 Limitation of Liability

777jan will not be held liable for the following.

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by faults with third-party software or game providers.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or account credential exposure.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other Force Majeure events.
